DTS-HD HR is the DTS's answer to DD+. It is also a lossy format that supports up to 7.1 channels of audio at 96 kHz witgh 24-bit depth. Up to 6 Mbps streams are supported as well. DTS-HD HR support is optional on both Blu-ray and HD DVD players.
